Der R\u00f6hrenw\u00e4rmetauscher k\u00fchlt die aus dem Melkroboter kommende Milch auf die Temperatur (19 bis 21 Grad), mit der das Wasser hineinflie\u00dft. Danach wird das Wasser wieder geringf\u00fcgig erw\u00e4rmt. Dieses warme Wasser kann durch den Einsatz des effektiven Boetech-Wassersystems weiter als Trinkwasser f\u00fcr die K\u00fche verwendet werden.<\/p>\n
Der R\u00f6hrenw\u00e4rmetauscher kann an das Brauchwasser (Brunnen- oder Leitungswasser mit 8 bis 12 Grad) angeschlossen werden, die K\u00fchlung kann aber auch mit Eiswasser (0 bis 4 Grad) erfolgen.<\/p>\n
